PCS Risk Manager is designed to collate and disseminate the latest asbestos information to both property professionals planning projects and contactors attending site for maintenance and refurbishment works using an App from a smart phone or tablet. The PCS Risk Manager App disseminates asbestos information to PCS Asbestos Consultant Ltd’s registered client users including supply chain and contractors working within client premises. The key features of the PCS Risk Manager App:
• Encrypted password security with PCS Risk Manager user account required to access the Application
• The GPS location identifier will prompt the user to view the asbestos data as the user approaches a registered site address, the application will then send a notification to their phone to access and view the Asbestos Register
• The property list displays the closest properties to the user which they are authorised to view
• Interactive drawings provide an intuitive method for a user to access the asbestos data and ensures that a technical document does not have to be reviewed.
• The asbestos register displays to the user all the rooms and areas that have been surveyed and an easy to use colour coded key of the status of each inspection is displayed
• Report an issue function allows the user to send a picture of an issue and message to the PCS technical team with any asbestos queries therefore speeding up communication
